Project Manager - Digital Service Tools (m/f/d) German Speaker

The Project Manager - Digital Service Tools (m/f/d) is part of the Digital Service Tools team and significantly impacts the digital transformation of INNIO's Global Service Organization (GSE), ensuring that digital tools are effectively leveraged to enhance service delivery and operational excellence. As a Project Manager (m/f/d), you will mainly focus on the Spare Parts Configurator (SPC) and its enabling applications to ensure a seamless and efficient spare parts handling across all Service departments. Collecting and aligning Service requirements with Digital enablers, managing the roll-out of new features and effectively providing and communicating feedback will be drivers for success. Reporting progress and timely execution of tasks are key. You will closely collaborate with INNIO's Digital team and Digital Product Owners and the wider GSE, Field Service and Tech Support teams to ensure seamless integration and communication across digital initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:

* Project leadership and strategy: Lead the SPC project, aligning business and user requirements with digital solutions. Actively educate the service organization on digital projects and support in gatekeeping for project requests and sign-off on product introductions
* Program Management: Lead cross-functional projects, mainly SPC project, in close collaboration with Engineering, IT & the digital team to successfully develop and roll-out new digital tools, and continuously improve the current portfolio
* Value Proposition: Support the value proposition of digital service tools, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Define KPIs, ensure their transparency and follow-up on improvements
* Development and Implementation: Define requirements and help to prioritize developments and improvements. Lead the implementation process and coordinate testing and user support. Monitor NPI projects to ensure SPC covers the latest engine configurations
* Training and Development: Coordinate the creation and update of training materials, formats, certifications, and curriculums to support digital service tools. Closely cooperate with workpreps and other endusers to ensure process adherence
* Problem Solving: Address unique problems that have a broad impact on the business, requiring in-depth interpretive thinking and complex judgment and translate issues into actioanable items & problem statements
* Service and Process Improvement: Act as a change agent for service and process improvements, lead initiatives like the taxonomy mapping approach and AI enabled Service projects

Your Profile:

* Bachelor in engineering or any related management area
* Solid background in project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
* Extended understanding of Jenbacher Service products, field service and processes
* Change management and process optimization experience
* Strategic thinking and hands-on operational implementation approach
* Know-how of new technologies in the field of After Sales business
* Willingness to travel up to 10%
* Business fluent in English and German (verbally and written); other languages are a plus
