SAP S4 HANA Test Coordinator (all genders)

Vienna | Full time

Your position

As an SAP S4 HANA Test Coordinator, you will report directly to the Head of Process Center of Excellence. In this role, you will own and continuously improve the global SAP S/4 test governance framework, including strategy definition, execution oversight, automation roadmap, mainly on the SAP Financial and Controlling (FI & CO) modules. You will be part of the Test Management team with a focus on the development and responsibility of the test approach as part of the S/4HANA implementation program. You will be the driving force behind the implementation of Test Management strategies, Test Automatization and a new release management with SAP CALM.

Your tasks

* Developing and implementing a holistic test strategy, including automated testing with Tricentis in collaboration with the technical team
* Creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, and governance, and ensuring test coverage, test quality, and go‑live readiness
* Taking responsibility for presenting solutions, including new technologies
* Acting as a sparring partner and supporting our key users as well as serving as a regional support partner
* Providing training and improving the know‑how of our users and key users

Your profile

* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, IT, Business Administration, or a related economic/technical field
* Several years of experience in Test Management (analysis, prioritization, tracking, reporting across SIT/UAT/Regression cycles), with hands‑on expertise in SAP CALM and Tricentis
* Experience in S/4 Hana (FI & CO modules) and rollout programs
* Knowledge working with hybrid SAP landscapes within a multiple-tier approach
* Understanding of test standards, templates, transport management and release cycles and best practices for long-term operation

Languages: English - Proficient/Fluent
