We are looking for candidates with initial professional experience as well as experienced consultants who would like to take on responsibility for exciting projects.

Full-time
Salary: EUR52,000-70,000 gross/year (depending on qualifications and experience)

Your tasks

* Consulting and technical support for the sales team in a pre-sales and project context
* Analysis of IT architectures, system landscapes, and derivation of suitable solutions
* Independent execution of migration and implementation projects in various countries (primarily remote)
* Taking on challenging projects, including planning, implementation, and customer communication
* Conducting technical workshops and providing support to customers and partners (including troubleshooting/CRM)
* Mentoring and providing technical support to new colleagues, as well as coordinating with the internal team

Your qualifications

* Completed IT education (apprenticeship, HTL, FH/university)
* At least 2 years of experience in a comparable role
* Excellent IT expertise, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
* High level of customer focus, communication and teamwork skills
* Very good knowledge of German (C2) and English
* Low willingness to travel (max. 10%)
