In your new role you will:

* Support R esearch and Development (R&D) projects for use of project tools and processes, such as project organization, planning, data evaluation, and monitoring
* Collaborate with other project offices, IT and central R&D functions
* Assist, manage and improve data shares and project work-spaces
* Create reporting templates and progress reports

Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time or Full-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 6 months

You successfully meet the requirements, if you are a motivated and committed student from the field of Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or similar. You are best equipped for this task if you additionally offer:

* Experience with Microsoft Office tools, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint,knowledge of Atlassian Jira, Confluence, MS Project is advantageous
* G ood communication and interaction skills and you want to work with an intercultural team
* A curious and open-minded approach with strong desire to explore new fields of knowledge
* Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, German is a plus

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2025.pdf).
