Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Setting Up Infrastructure: Set up project ground structure in different tools to ensure a solid foundation for project management. This includes configuring project management software, creating project folders, and establishing a clear organizational system
* Documentation and Tracking: Keep project documentation up to date and track project milestones to ensure that all stakeholders have access to the latest information. This includes updating project schedules, budgets, and status reports, as well as monitoring progress towards project goals
* Administrative Support and Maintenance: Provide administrative support for the project, including maintenance of confluence pages, preparation of project meetings, and support for resource-pipeline-planning. This also includes ensuring that all project team members have access to necessary tools and resources, such as sharefiles and i-shares
* Testing and Implementation: Test new software tools and prepare documentation for the Project Release Board to ensure that the project is using the most effective and efficient tools available. This includes evaluating new tools, providing feedback to the project team, and implementing new tools and processes as needed to support project goals

Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Education: You are a motivated and committed student from the field of Informatic, Business Administration, Innovation Management, or a similar field, with a strong foundation in IT skills and a passion for innovative technologies
* Technical Skills: You have strong IT skills with a strong affinity for Artificial Intelligence (AI), including web-part design, programming, MS Office, and Confluence, as well as a strong affinity for data documentation, enabling you to efficiently manage and analyze data
* Soft Skills: You are a strong and communicative team player with a natural problem-solving attitude, able to work collaboratively with others, think critically, and develop creative solutions to complex problems, making you a valuable asset to the team
* Language Skills: You possess excellent German language skills, with English as a plus, allowing you to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients, and to work with international teams and projects

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2025.pdf).
