The IT Delivery Manager connects business vision with technology execution, ensuring strategic initiatives translate into real business value. Your tasks

* Build a strong understanding of internal customers, their products, business models, and long-term strategy
* Act as the central point of contact for IT demand, ensuring clarity, alignment, and proactive communication
* Translate business needs into well-structured, prioritized backlogs and refined technical requirements
* Lead and deliver multiple IT initiatives using agile and structured project management best practices
* Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure predictable and high-quality outcomes
* Create full transparency across portfolio, roadmaps, and delivery progress for stakeholders
* Drive continuous service improvements, optimize service lifecycles, and strengthen SLA performance
* Enable effective collaboration across engineering, delivery, and IT teams while supporting capacity planning

Your profile

* Strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects in a professional environment
* Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP certification is an advantage)
* Agile mindset with experience in Scrum or similar frameworks (Scrum Master or Product Owner certification beneficial)
* Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
* Confident in resolving conflicts and navigating complex organizational dynamics
* Customer-focused, solution-oriented thinker with strong analytical abilities
* High level of ownership, adaptability, and resilience in fast-paced environments
* Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
