Team Lead (f/m/d) Application Management PLM&E

We're looking for a Team Lead with strong technical expertise and leadership skills to drive global system implementations, optimize processes, and guide a team of specialists in a dynamic, international environment. Your Responsibilities:

* Provide disciplinary leadership and development for a team of technical experts, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
* Oversee the implementation and global rollout of a company-wide PLM solution, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder requirements.
* Coordinate the integration of PLM, working closely with the Process and Data Organization (PDO).
* Lead process optimization initiatives across departments, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions.
* Manage external service providers, including contract governance, performance monitoring, and budget control.

Your Qualifications:

* Completed education (HTL/university degree) in computer science, mechanical engineering, or business administration.
* Proven experience in team leadership or managing large-scale technical projects.
* Several years of hands-on experience with PLM systems (preferably Siemens Teamcenter) and SAP logistics modules.
* Basic knowledge of CAD systems (preferably Creo Parametric).
* Excellent communication skills in English and German.
